Kittleson recommends filing document, discussion continues with Alder Heidemann, Montemayor says which parks already allow dogs, Alder Wangemann shares enforcment viewpoint and how difficult this would be for police; Bouck makes incredibly snide comment about the police and Gischia is heard laughing his face off at Bouck's comment
- Dogs in Parks: Part Three -- Alds. Surek comments, Bouck thinks we're denying taxpayers "the right to enjoy the outdoors" if we don't do this, Montemayor tries to make him understand (in vain), discussion continues
